125 g bread flour
18 g sugar (about 1½ tbsp)
50 g whole milk, lukewarm
½ large egg (about 25 g, beaten)
15 g unsalted butter, softened
1.5 g salt (¼ tsp)
2 g instant yeast (about ½ tsp)
Zest of ¼–½ orange
¼ tsp vanilla extract

Egg wash
A little beaten egg + splash of milk

Whipped cream filling
125 ml heavy cream (½ cup)
10 g powdered sugar (about 1 tbsp)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
