Women’s MVP = Julia Shannon⁠

For a 4th year in a row, Alec MacLean is the MVP of the Gryphons men’s Nordic skiing team. The fifth-year athlete from Oro-Medonte was the Gryphons top finisher at the OUA Championships and is set to graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering. ⁠

Julia Shannon was the Gryphons top finisher at the 2024 OUA Nordic Skiing Championships in both the women’s 15km mass start, as well as the 7.5km interval start. The 22-year-old has now been named MVP of the women’s Nordic team two seasons in a row and is set to graduate this spring with a degree in human kinetics.⁠
