Neha Kumar is now Brand and Design Lead at the Queensland Reds, but she'd never formally studied graphic design. She studied a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Events. The graphic design, the photography, the video editing - she taught herself all of it. 

The move that got her in the door at the Reds wasn't a perfect CV. It was backing herself and taking the initiative to upskill.
