If I wasn’t a builder being harassed by a neighbor on another project, I might be have just stayed in bed knowing it’s just typical building drama when you live 8” from your neighbor in two 180-year-old homes.  But I wanted footage to show a real problem and the way to handle it like a gentleman. Does yelling a screaming help reduce the carelessness? Maybe… but often it’s almost unavoidable, and no one is getting hurt, and any damage is being dealt with. There was no damage, that crack was always there.  However there are plenty of bad people out there that play that game. Karma! It’s real.
