Inspired by one of lalique’s opalescent ashtrays with a figurine standing in the middle, Chris Rochelle created this dreamy Pisces Bowl for our final ‘Bring the Heat’ of the year! 🐠
 
“I first saw work by René Lalique in CMoG’s major exhibition, ‘René Lalique: Enchanted by Glass’ back in 2014. I fell in love with the way he balanced form with composition in his glass designs. The first bowl I’ve made like this was a little more than 10 years ago, so this was an opportunity to revisit and expand upon that inspiration and idea.” -glasscat13
