I get closer to this hurdle than most men on a first date. 😂😂 #protectTheKnees 

I hurdled about 50 hurdles today and I didn’t hit one. 

Hurdle tips.  We practice at different heights. Some at race height and some days where I lower them. Some days where we use the orange pad on top. They all serve a different function 

I know I am known for hitting a hurdle at the Olympics but over my career I’m one of the hurdlers that hit hurdles the least. But shii happens. Sometimes you hit a hurdle when you are working on new technique or if the wind is aggressive and throws your body off. You can even hit a hurdle because of the person next to you running. That’s what makes the hurdles fun. We know y’all are watching our races to see who will bite the dust. 😂😂
