Marathon #4 in the books! And I managed to Boston qualify with a time of 2:59:47 that’s also a new PR shaving off 37 mins.

When I first told coachomargonzalez my big goal was to finished under 3 hours I didn’t know how long it would take me to accomplish it. All the hours I spent running alone, doing the workouts, sometimes I thought it wasn’t gonna be possible. But I truly believed leading up to the race that could BQ! And all of that hard work and coaching has paid off with me BQing in less than a year of coaching. 

Big thank you to koreatownrunclub’s for the amazing support as always. I’m truly in awe of the community that shows up no matter if it’s a short race or 100 mile marathon. And all of the other amazing runners who are way faster than me who always helped motivate me to do my best every time I rocked the KRC singlet. 

And thank you to johnthept for the tissue work leading up to the race. He always makes sure my body is ready to go come race day.

And finally thank you to my ❤️, brotello24, for always being by my side come race. She’s my no. 1 supporter and cheerleader come race day.
