I am a sucky female #foodblogger. Also, not that I should have to explain this, I get no-chip manicures when I do make time for them (so I can get them less frequently). Therefore, I have to have old ones professionally removed (or spend an hour doing it myself). I didn’t think to do it at 430 this morning and I have to believe that if my husband woke up at 430 am to share how excited he was to show us how he made his bagels he would be applauded for his dedication instead of criticized for his nails. Also—I wash my hands more frequently than the average person BECAUSE of how much time I spend in the kitchen. But I am not making these bagels for public consumption. It was for me, my husband, and my dog. Pardon me if I didn’t dip my hands in acid or wear gloves for that. #rant #bagels #women
