PEAR CHARLOTTE🍐🍰

In today’s edition of pastry school in France, we are making a classic French cake: the Charlotte. Named after Queen Charlotte in Victorian era, back when it was a thing to name desserts after famous people. Who wants to name a cake “the Valentina”?🤠

Made with a lady finger biscuit base, Bavarian cream, and lots of fruit. If pears aren’t your thing, use raspberries instead. While pears aren’t my top choice when it comes to fruit, they actually went so well with this cake!
