Raspberry gâteau🍰💖

Take a shot every time I say “raspberry” 👀 also I swear raspberry flavored chocolate is a real thing. It’s this gorgeous pink fruity chocolate by valrhona, a little acidic, but so delicious. 

On a more serious note, I’ve realized I love making layered desserts. The more intricate the better, I already ordered this mold and can’t wait to make more fun versions of this dessert. Any flavor suggestions?! 🤠
