SNICKERS PIE🍫🫶🇫🇷

It’s a chocolate crust with a caramel roasted peanut filling topped off with chocolate ganache, milk chocolate, and edible gold powder✨

It’s pie week at school, and we are making about 10 different flavored tarts. Everything is made from scratch! I’ve rolled pounds and pounds of crust (pâte sucrée) and made all sorts of fillings with all types of nuts (almonds, pistachios, peanuts). I am learning so much!! I can’t wait to share more. Should I make a dough tutorial? Let me know 👀
