One thing I’m gonna do during a workout is negotiate. Will I do the work? Yes. Will I complain the entire time? Absolutely.

Started training with Ian Danney realpep_az back in 2007, and it changed the trajectory of my career. Crazy how fast time flies.

Somebody should tell him I’m retired now. Let me cheat these exercises a little so I can use more weight. People are watching!
