We saw three different professionals in that first year alone.

Followed every piece of advice to the letter. 
We were still stuck at the door every morning.

It wasn’t until I stopped trying to fix her thinking and started paying attention to what her body was doing that anything shifted.

If you’re doing everything you’ve been told and still not getting anywhere, it’s not you. 

You’ve just been working on the part that was never going to move things on its own.
