## Caption

Broken engine fragments smashed a cabin window of a Ryanair plane that sucked a man's head and right shoulder last month, US investigators have confirmed. 
 
Ljubisa Karović's was left "seriously injured and in shock" after the ordeal, from which he was rescued by his wife and two other passengers who pulled him back into the aircraft.
