Think Dairy Queen. They built the whole brand on ice cream. Then they added food and realized the food prints more money.

Does that mean they should shut the ice cream machines off?

HECK NO. They've already got the equipment, systems, teams, and brand — the machine's working. You don't kill it just because something else pays a little more.

Same with me. Bigger assets over here doesn't mean I tear down what's working over there. I'm a deal junkie. I keep every machine running.
