🚨 PLAYOFFS CLINCHED 🚨

Austin FC II are officially headed back to the MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs for the first time since winning the championship in 2023 🌳🏆

After missing the playoffs in 2024 and 2025, FCito have clinched their spot with 49 points through 21 matches and currently sit TOP of both the Western Conference and overall MLS NEXT Pro standings 👍

Jason Shackell has led the turnaround in his first season as head coach after taking over in November 2025. Shackell has worked his way through Austin FC’s development pathway, joining the Club as a U-15 Academy assistant in 2021 before eventually taking charge of the U-16s in 2024.

These boys aren’t playing… what a season they are having. Congrats guys BUT the job isn’t finished yet 🌳🏆
