A driver CRASHED through Rideau Canal barrier after hitting cyclist and almost INTO the water‼️😳

A scary scene unfolded along the Rideau Canal Saturday afternoon after a driver struck a cyclist before crashing through a pathway barrier near Queen Elizabeth Driveway and Fifth Avenue.

Thankfully, no life-threatening injuries were reported. Our prayers to everyone involved. 🙏❤️‍🩹
