I survived a car accident that could’ve ended my life. (Over 20 years ago) 

I haven’t touched alcohol in over 8 years.

And somewhere along the way, I realized something:

I’m not training just to look good today.

I’m training for the person I want to be at 50, 60, 70… and 80.

Because discipline is a decision you make today that your 80-year-old self will thank you for.

You only get ONE LIFE. Make it count.
