There’s a horror movie and book store in Portland, Oregon. 

Visitors to Mid Slumber Media are greeted by a giant Alien statue. 

This well curated space features a variety of classic and new horror literature, including UK imports (with the best covers), in addition to DVDs, VHS, and local art. 

It’s home to the Spinebreakers Book Club, and Weird Girl Book Club. Owner Michaela Granger has some fun plans for spooky season, too. 

This space is an absolute passion project, and part of an impressive array of bookstores in Alberta.
