As many of y’all know, in response to a Non-alcoholic Liver Disease diagnosis last summer, I picked up running again. As a young kid, I loved running with all my heart. But as the years went by, I stopped running and stopped taking care of my body and health. A year ago, I was 40 pounds heavier and could barely run a mile. Today, I ran my first race in 8 years. I’m proud of myself and the time I’ve invested in my health and hobbies. This is just the beginning! #OneDayAtATime  #1DAAT 🤗🏃‍♂️
