Dr. Joy Spence, the world’s first female Master Blender, took charge of a unique rum experience on Saturday at the historic Appleton Estate, leading two unforgettable master classes as part of the Appleton Estate Rum Month celebration.

From exploring the rich history of the estate and distillery to rum tastings, food pairings and hands-on rum blend creations, attendees were treated to an immersive experience that brought the art, heritage and craftsmanship of Appleton Estate to life.

With plenty of laughter, learning and memorable moments along the way, these master classes proved to be a truly unique experience for every rum enthusiast in attendance.
