Honest post alert so be kind: 
I played pickleball for over 2 hours straight today with myecooper andyyackuboskey from elevationmedicalweightloss  and jennagobrecht  I could NOT have done over 2 hours of non stop activity almost a year ago. I’ve lost over 30lbs & when I tell you I was HARDLY out of breath. I mean it. 

My GLP-1 journey has been awesome! 

We age. We have life issues.  We have health problems. We have perimenopause. We have babies. We get lazy. Weight happens on us all. 

I am a pretty active person & TODAY I enjoyed myself so much!! 

Did I win? Only one match.

Was I fiercer than I thought?  Yep!
