What’s something new you’ve decided to learn lately?

I’ve decided to learn the #ukulele. 

Not because I expect to become a brilliant musician overnight, but because learning something new keeps us curious, challenged and engaged.

#AgeingWell isn’t about standing still. It’s about staying willing to be a beginner, getting things wrong, laughing at yourself and having another go.
