We live in a culture of instant access. Everything we want is a click away, often leaving us with consumption without connection, and noise without nourishment. We drift into passivity.

True discipleship often begins in the ordinary. The simple weekly ritual of walking to the library, choosing books together, and treating each borrowed volume with care is an act of stewardship. It teaches our families patience, shared discovery, and responsibility for the minds and hearts entrusted to us.

The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding (Proverbs 4:7).

When we guide our households to seek knowledge with intentionality, we are building a foundation that lasts beyond ourselves.
