“Ya can’t buy style, and ya can’t buy soul..”

SLC xgames is done and dusted.. After leaving in an ambulance last year, knocked out, with a 3rd arm surgery, I approached this year with a different mindset. My intention was to expect nothing, and appreciate everything, as these opportunities don’t last forever..

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little bummed on my performance and results, as I know what I have to give. As a competitor, we compete to win, but those wins don’t come easy. One thing is for sure, I put my heart into this shit, and that’s all that I can do!

Walking away healthy and happy was a WIN for me and I am giving myself grace for staying in my lane, sticking to my intention, and trusting my gut.

Thankful and grateful for these opportunities and experiences! We’re Taking these “L’s” on the chin knowing that we learn more from our failures than our successes! We will let this one settle in and fuel that fire! 🔥
