Everyone is talking about robots, but almost nobody understands how the money actually works. In this video I map out the entire robot economy in six simple layers, from the AI brain that thinks, to the body that moves, to the company that finally puts an army of them to work and cashes the check. Morgan Stanley believes humanoid robots become a five trillion dollar market by 2050, with more than a billion machines deployed worldwide. That is a bigger prize than the twenty largest automakers on Earth combined, and most investors are about to bet on the wrong layer of it entirely.

We break down all six: the brain (Nvidia, selling the intelligence to every robot maker), the body (Tesla's Optimus, Figure, Boston Dynamics and the crowded humanoid wars), the muscles (the actuator suppliers that can make up more than half the cost of every robot, the true picks and shovels play), the senses (the camera versus lidar fight over how a robot sees), the power (why the battery makers and car companies keep showing up), and the deployer (Amazon, already running more than a million robots and turning human payroll into pure profit).
