More than sports, NC’s Athletics & Recreation is about staying active, trying something new, meeting people and being part of #ncLife, whether you consider yourself an athlete or not. 💪

🏋️ Hit the gym:
At both the Welland and NOTL campuses, students can access athletic facilities, fitness programming, recreational activities and opportunities to compete with the NC Knights. 📲 Check NC Engage for upcoming fitness classes, events and other ways to get involved throughout the year.

🏆 Meet the nc_Knights:
NC’s varsity athletes compete through the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) and Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA), bringing the community together to cheer proudly like only NC can. 💙📣

NC's varsity sports include:
⚽ Soccer
🏀 Basketball
🏐 Volleyball
⛳ Golf
🥌 Curling

⚽ Oh—and if soccer is your thing, check out the Varsity Men’s & Women’s Soccer Tryouts:
📅 Aug. 17–19
📲 Registration, required forms and details: link in bio

⛳ If golf is your passion, tryouts are coming up:
📅 Aug. 21 at 1:00pm
📲 Registration, required forms and details: link in bio

💪 Train in specialized facilities:
Last but not least, NC’s Justice and Fitness Training Centre gives students access to specialized equipment and training spaces for fitness testing and career preparation, including facilities that reflect the physical demands of careers in justice and policing.

From getting active to training for your future, it’s all part of student life at NC.

There’s a place for everyone in NC's Athletics & Recreation programming. Find your people, get involved and make #ncLife your own. 💙
