SHE is the CLEVELAND SIRENS. 🧜‍♀️⁣
⁣
The WNBA's 16th franchise officially has a name: the Cleveland Sirens. Sharp, unapologetic, fearless and relentless, the Sirens will play at Rocket Arena starting in 2028. 🏀⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Named for Lake Erie's power and pull, the Sirens stand for opportunity, elevating women's basketball and building something that can only exist in Cleveland. 🙌⁣⁣
⁣⁣
With fives waves in her hair representing the starting five and the five Great Lakes, the logo tells a story. It's constructed to represent movement, and the way water and the game of basketball moves: fluid, fast, always in motion. 🌊⁣⁣
⁣⁣
CLEVELAND, THIS IS FOR YOU! 🫵⁣⁣
