BTI Partners has acquired 3,200 acres in Clay County in Northeast Florida for $93 million, paving the way for a large-scale master-planned community that will expand our presence in the region.

The future development will feature homes, parks, trails, schools, and commercial space, with more than 51% of the land preserved as open space.
