Us women , we are taught to sacrifice, to be caregiverd , to prioritise others before us.

We study , we get jobs , we earn.

But when it comes to spending on our well-being , we feel guilty.

We would rather spend on our kids or buy lavish gifts for others. But not for ourselves.

But this has to change.
