daansoete is crowned Belgian gravel national champion! 🇧🇪🏆

Daan and woutvanaert put on a clinic to take the top two steps at the 2026 Belgian Gravel National Championships, breaking away and riding the entire final lap together before Daan was able to put in a final dig to take the win.

The race was about as local as it gets, only a few kilometers from Herentals where the friends grew up together, with the 163km race covering many of their favorite training roads in the region.

Both riders chose DEL MKØ pedals for their ultra-low weight, shoe support, and power transfer which perfectly suited the lightning fast course. Daan also rides WT Dura-Ace Aero chainrings and a full MKØ finishing kit.
