I love this twisted pasta shape - it’s E Fidanzanti Capresi which translates to the engaged sweethearts Capri, getting its name from the intertwined shape of the pasta 🍝💍

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. @lafabbricadellapastadigragnano  E Fidanzanti Capresi
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup Prosecco
Zest & juice of 1 lemon
1/2 lb. rock shrimp
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tbsp. crushed Calabrian chili
1/3 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
Parsley for garnish
Pasta water as needed
