Since the 2007-08 season, Hersey has turned what was a struggling basketball program into a dominant force with a loyal fan base. She has taken the team to six NCAA Tournaments, back-to-back national title appearances (2023–25), and has won six NEWMAC championships since 2020, earning the title of the school’s winningest coach in history.
