What I cooked this week … #FoodieFriday #eatnerdcreatelive

I love to cook, if you didn’t already know. I am also #pescatarian as of the last 2 years. Finding ways to adapt my favorite meals has been a fun experience. I currently live in a #studioapt with a kitchenette (it’s super inconvenient 🤬). It is a huge pain to cook in for me, I have NO SPACE! It literally makes me not want to cook much at all…BUT I gotta eat and I can’t always find good things to order (plus I’m trying to budget and minimize excessive spending).

Take a look at some of the meals that I was motivated enough to cook over this week. 

1) Veggie Burger with Garlic & Herd Toasted Bread & checkersrallys Rally’s Fries 
2) Vegan Meatball Cabbage Soup with jackandannies jackfruit meatballs
3) Vegetarian-ish Breakfast with vegan sausage, vegan eggs (with regular sharp cheddar🤫), a veggie medley (spinach, baby Bella mushrooms, red peppers, yellow peppers, orange peppers, green peppers, white onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, and herbs), and a vegan croissant from wholefoods with bonnemaman_us strawberry preserves (not pictured)
