What a privilege to welcome Dr. Kristen Holmes  back to Iowa Field Hockey. Kristen is a former Hawkeye All-American and Hall of Famer who now serves as the Global Head of Human Performance and Principal Scientist at WHOOP. She spent time with our team, sharing her expertise on performance, energy, recovery, sleep, and the daily habits that allow athletes to become their best.  Her message was an important reminder that high-performance is not built in a single moment, it is shaped by the choices we make every day and by how intentionally we care for our minds and bodies.
