Sometimes the hardest part in life is just starting. That was my motto for my first week back training 7 weeks postpartum. My body doesn’t look or feel the same as it used to & that’s okay because it literally created a whole new life. I’m learning what I can and can’t do. What I’m ready for and what I’m not. Most importantly, I’m showing up and starting despite the unknowns. 

To anyone going through a transition or coming back to sport after an injury - just start. It’ll all figure itself out in time. #fearforward #pushyourimpossible #postpartum #cliffdiving #momlife
