First dive back after having a baby 5 weeks ago 🤰🏼🫪🥳 Before I got pregnant, I was so burnt out from years of competing and doing the same things over and over again. I’ve been so nervous about what it would feel like to get back in the pool (more mentally than anything). Would I want to? Would I enjoy it? Would it come back naturally? It feels like such a relief to have gotten back up there and genuinely enjoyed it again. 🤍  #diving #redbull #cliffjumping #postpartum #momlife
