My Thoughts: Lots going on in this video, but regarding the deal itself, I do value building relationships with new buyers, even if it means taking care of them a little extra on the first time deal. In this for the long term, not the short. And of course, @sblez is the GOAT, so always a good time chatting with him and Sarah.

And the rest is just because we have one of the greatest communities in the world giving back to each other…
