I didn’t want to run but it was an AMAZING run with my girls @socialstridefxbg 🩵🏃‍♀️ 

This run club keeps me accountable, I didn’t want to get up (off the couch) and run, but I did it and crushed 5 miles. This is the longest I’ve ran in a hot second. I ran two miles solo pre-run club then three miles flew by with @loveyourzkai 🏃‍♀️🫶

I’m trying to work some extra mileage into my weeks since fall race season is QUICKLY approaching, but those blocks will be fully picking up after my sprint triathlon. So excited for the Army Ten-Miler (ambassador discount: MICHELLE25 ) and @richmondmarathon Half!!
