🍂 a Bacon Apple Grilled Cheese makes for the perfect addition to a cozy night in.

🍷 Here’s what you need to make this at home: 
Ingredients:

Bread of choice 
Applewood Smoked Uncured Bacon
Sliced Gouda cheese
Sliced Havarti Cheese 
Sliced Swiss Cheese 
Sliced American cheese 
Medium honey crisp apple (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp of Mayo
1 to 2 tbsp of butter

Instructions:

Place the butter in a skillet or griddle over low heat. 

Take the sliced bread, spread Mayo on one side, and place it on the griddle to toast. 

While toasting, place the first half of cheese on top of the bread, followed by layers of bacon and apple slices.

Add the rest of your cheese and complete with the other slice of bread and some mayo, then flip when ready. 

Toast on low to medium heat for about 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until you reach your desired golden crispness.
