🍪 a bit of baking therapy to prevent me from crying as we drop my lil sis off at college 

☕️ Here’s what you need to make these chocolate chip cookies:

2 1/2 cups All-Purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 cup unsalted butter (melted & cooled)
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks 
1 tbsp vanilla paste 
1 tsp ground espresso
