With training camp and preseason about a month away the Red Wings and Captain ( former captain?) Dylan Larkin seem to be at a standstill. And the expectation is Dylan Larkin will infact be playing with the Red Wings this season. Bob Duff says Larkin isn’t going to sit out and allow the Wings to suspend him without pay. And the Red Wings themselves hope to fix the relationship with Larkin with the first step being firing Steve Yzerman. Duff also mentioned how Larkin understands the wrath he will get from the Red Wings faithful
