Heading into the season ASP was not only the top and most prized prospect of the Red Wings he wasn’t expected to make the Wings opening night roster, but a good preseason pushed him into the lineup. There was signs that we expected him to show but we also got the rookie mistakes and the lack of defense that comes with a offensive minded dman, but with one year under his belt we can expect him to be better this season and be a staple of the Wings blue line
