My fave tailgating or football party appetizer . Here’s what you need:

THE BASE: Velveeta + Rotel (chilies + tomatoes already diced and perfectly spiced) 

MIX-INS: crispy bacon + roasted sweet corn (soooo good) 

THE TOPPINGS 

🌿 cilantro
🥄 crema fresca
🌸 pomegranate seeds — trust me, the pop of sweet-tart against all that cheese is unexpected and perfect
🧅 fresh red onion + fried onions for crunch
Pepitas 
🌶️ jalapeños (optional 🔥)

but seriously, this is always a crowd pleaser so if you’re having any tailgates or football parties, this is a must make specially when paired with the perfect dipping tortilla chip.
