Si te quedaste sin helado, intenta esta fórmula, cremosa, refrescante y diferente. 

Ingredientes: 
 
1/2 papaya o lechosa congelada 
1 taza de kefir o yogurt 
Miel 
Almendras (o la de tu preferencia)

Nota: 
La noche anterior congela media papaya o lechosa sin semillas, bien envuelto en papel transparente.

El día siguiente agrega la miel, el kefir o yogurt, mezcla todo con calma, y te quedará un helado listo para disfrutar 🍧

Si la lechosa no es lo tuyo elige otra fruta 👌🏼
