I’m excited to share that on Saturday, August 29, I’ll be stepping onto the floor at BMW–The Woodlands to teach ZUMBA at The Well Driven Woman event hosted by Twenty Eight Wellness Club × The Jefa Society!

And y’all already know… if I’m teaching, we are NOT just standing around looking cute. 😂💃🏽🔥

Come ready to MOVE, dance, sweat, laugh and have FUN! Whether you’re a Zumba regular or you have absolutely no idea what you’re doing COME ANYWAY. This is about movement, energy and women showing up for themselves and each other. My format has its own unique flare ladies!!
