In Djibouti, floods are becoming increasingly frequent and destructive. The water can rise unexpectedly, devastating communities that are not prepared. 

This flood simulation drill brings together community members and local responders to practice what happens before disaster strikes. The goal is simple: make sure that early warnings not only reach everyone, but that everyone knows exactly how to act on them.
