phoebe's songwriting is so good i had to do a whole post about it ✍️

ever since i first heard phoebe bridgers music, her lyrics have sat with me for the rest of my life that has followed because of how honest and outlandish they are at the same time

it almost feels like reading a fiction book that's grounded in reality, but there are a few jumps that feel so hard to believe that you simply have to keep reading

that experience as a listener comes from how specific and vulnerable she is in her work, and that is just such a unique ability that i had to dive deeper into to understand how she does it

there is something so special about listening to phoebe bridgers music, and since i got the exact same feeling from her new album as i have from her past work, i knew that style was here to stay
