Making delicious jambalaya in 5-10 minutes is possible thanks to @minutericeus extra fluffy instant white rice! I love a quick dinner especially on nights where I’m worn out from the day, so this one is a great go to. Try it out fam!

2 cups of Minute Extra Fluffy instant White Rice 
8 oz of seasoned cubed salmon (seasoned with salt pepper onion powder and garlic powder to taste)
6-8 oz beef sausage 
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning 
1/2 diced onion 
4-5 cloves minced garlic 
4 cups chicken broth 
Oil for cooking
