Indoor Cookout Ep. 1: Creamy Cajun Corn (recipe below) 

3.5 cups of corn ( Or 2.5 cans. Make sure to drain well)
2 tbsp unsalted butter 
8-10 oz beef sausage 
4 cloves garlic (mined)
1/2 onion (diced)
2 tbsp Cajun spice 
1 tbsp garlic powder (I like mine garlicky)
2 tsp black pepper 
3/4 cup chicken broth 
1.5 cups half & half cream 
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
